"Stop Child Trafficking Now Rally"

Eric had the crowd in laughter and tears as he recounted stories from the run and sang for the Stop Child Trafficking Now Rally. This marked the ending event for the US portion of the Run 4 the Rescue.

ImageOrganized by Shared Hope International and Christians Against Sexual Slavery, Eric presented in chains at the 2nd largest hub for trafficking in the United States. Eric both opened and closed the conference as well as participated in a march down "the strip" on Las Vegas Boulevard. The evening ended in a beautiful candle light vigil with members of many different Christian Faiths praying together to end the horror of human trafficking.

Winnipeg Human Trafficking Conference
Winnipeg, MB - November 1, 2008

ImageOver two hundred people attended this conference organized by Joy Smith, MP for Kildonan-St. Paul in Manitoba. Eric Proffitt presented alongside representatives from KINSA, Streetlight Support Services, the Salvation Army and the Winnipeg Police Department. The Crowd showed their enthusiasm for his perfomance with standing ovation.

ImageEric releases "Born To Dream" an original song co-written with Wayne Burton, the FCMA Male Recording Artist of the Year. The enthusiastic crowd showed their appreciation with a standing ovation for Eric's live perfomance.

ImageEric and Rebecca joined celebrities and political leaders at a VIP social networking dinner. The organizers of the packed hall requested an impromptu performance of "Amazing Grace" by Eric. The noisy crowd was stilled in reverance as his voice rang out.

United Nations Global Initiative To Fight Human Trafficking
Vienna, Austria - February 15, 2008

ImageEric spoke on the subject of human trafficking and sang self composed song "Little Child" to an audience of 1500 delegates from 80 different countries. The tears of audience members showed their deep connection to the sensitive subject and moving presentation.
